{"id":860,"date":"2023-08-08T10:32:49","date_gmt":"2023-08-08T08:32:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/escuelagallegadebienestar.es\/blog\/que-e-o-mindfulness\/"},"modified":"2024-02-18T13:02:32","modified_gmt":"2024-02-18T12:02:32","slug":"que-e-o-mindfulness","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/escuelagallegadebienestar.es\/gl\/que-e-o-mindfulness\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00bfQu\u00e9 \u00e9 o Mindfulness?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>O mindfulness \u00e9 un estado mental de atenci\u00f3n plena, a trav\u00e9s do cal tomamos conciencia da nosa experiencia interna: os nosos pensamentos, emoci\u00f3ns, sentimentos e sensaci\u00f3ns, identific\u00e1ndoos como o que son, fen\u00f3menos cognitivos de natureza cambiante, non permanentes, cuxo inicio de actividade est\u00e1 f\u00f3ra do noso control.<\/p>\n<p>Ao mesmo tempo, somos conscientes do entorno que nos rodea, de todo o que percibimos a trav\u00e9s dos sentidos, da vista, do gusto, do ouvido, do olfacto ou do tacto.<\/p>\n<p>Este estado mental de atenci\u00f3n plena inv\u00edtanos a contemplar as cousas tal e como son, independentemente de se nos gustan ou non. S\u00f3 ao reco\u00f1ecer os nosos estados mentais e emocionais podemos comezar a influ\u00edr neles de maneira deliberada e consciente. Sen reco\u00f1ecemento, non hai control.<\/p>\n<p>Deste xeito, comezamos a reco\u00f1ecer os nosos estados emocionais e mentais polo que son, en lugar de fusionarnos con eles, sen involucrarnos con eles de maneira autom\u00e1tica. Ent\u00f3n adoitamos unha nova posici\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>A\u00ednda que este estado de consciencia pode ser innato para algunhas persoas, o m\u00e1is com\u00fan \u00e9 sexa unha habilidade que requira adestramento.<\/p>\n<p>Por iso, a trav\u00e9s das diferentes pr\u00e1cticas de mindfulness, de car\u00e1cter formal ou informal, buscamos ir m\u00e1is al\u00f3 do visible, para afondar no que sexa que estea dentro e f\u00f3ra de n\u00f3s.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-247 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/escuelagallegadebienestar.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/que-es-mindfulness-esgabi-3.jpeg\" alt=\"A pr\u00e1ctica de Mindfulness\" width=\"800\" height=\"566\" srcset=\"https:\/\/escuelagallegadebienestar.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/que-es-mindfulness-esgabi-3.jpeg 800w, https:\/\/escuelagallegadebienestar.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/que-es-mindfulness-esgabi-3-600x425.jpeg 600w, https:\/\/escuelagallegadebienestar.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/que-es-mindfulness-esgabi-3-300x212.jpeg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><b>As s\u00faas or\u00edxes<\/b><\/p>\n<p>O mindfulness ten a s\u00faa orixe en antigas pr\u00e1cticas budistas, fai aproximadamente dous mil cincocentos anos. Non obstante, no 1979, Jon Kabat-Zinn, profesor de biolox\u00eda molecular, decidiu occidentalizar estes co\u00f1ecementos eliminando calquera reminiscencia relixiosa, para crear un programa orixinal de reduci\u00f3n de estr\u00e9s e relaxaci\u00f3n no centro m\u00e9dico da Universidade de Massachusetts, coa intenci\u00f3n de axudar a pacientes con condici\u00f3ns cr\u00f3nicas que non melloraban, a pesar de recibir os mellores tratamentos m\u00e9dicos.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo a definici\u00f3n de Jon Kabat-Zinn, o mindfulness \u00e9:<i>Prestar atenci\u00f3n dunha maneira particular con prop\u00f3sito no momento presente e sen xu\u00edzo. \u00c9 vivir a vida como se cada momento fose importante, como se cada momento contase e puidese ser traballado, a\u00ednda que sexa un momento de dor, tristeza, desesperaci\u00f3n ou medo&#8221;.<\/i><\/p>\n<p>A palabra &#8220;mindfulness&#8221; procede dunha traduci\u00f3n da palabra &#8220;sati&#8221; en pali, un idioma falado naquela \u00e9poca. &#8220;Sati&#8221; significa recordar, entendida a palabra recordar como traer ao momento presente.<\/p>\n<p>Na actualidade definimos o mindfulness como atenci\u00f3n plena ou conciencia plena, o que nos leva a adquirir unha nova perspectiva da vida e, a medida que avanzamos e profundizamos na pr\u00e1ctica, a nosa mente e o noso corpo entran en coherencia coa nosa mente e o noso corpo, o que nos permite experimentar estados de calma e serenidade mental con maior facilidade.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-248 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/escuelagallegadebienestar.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/que-es-mindfulness-esgabi-4.jpeg\" alt=\"As or\u00edxes do Mindfulness\" width=\"800\" height=\"566\" srcset=\"https:\/\/escuelagallegadebienestar.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/que-es-mindfulness-esgabi-4.jpeg 800w, https:\/\/escuelagallegadebienestar.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/que-es-mindfulness-esgabi-4-600x425.jpeg 600w, https:\/\/escuelagallegadebienestar.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/que-es-mindfulness-esgabi-4-300x212.jpeg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><b>Evidencia cient\u00edfica<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Estudos cient\u00edficos demostraron que as persoas que meditan unha media de 30 minutos ao d\u00eda durante oito semanas experimentan cambios estruturais en diversas \u00e1reas do cerebro.<\/p>\n<p>Tr\u00e1tase de \u00e1reas asociadas aos nosos estados emocionais, ao aprendizaxe, \u00e1 memoria, \u00e1 concentraci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como \u00e1 percepci\u00f3n da dor f\u00edsica e emocional. Isto axuda a reducir o estr\u00e9s, a ansiedade ou o medo e a ampliar a nosa capacidade de perspectiva, empat\u00eda e compaix\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Aplicaci\u00f3ns pr\u00e1cticas e beneficios.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Na actualidade existen numerosos programas de mindfulness con diferentes aplicaci\u00f3ns pr\u00e1cticas e beneficios para as nosas vidas, como o MBLC para a vida coti\u00e1, o MBEB para o equilibrio emocional e o MBSR para a reduci\u00f3n do estr\u00e9s, xunto co MBCT que combina a atenci\u00f3n plena coa terapia cognitiva.<\/p>\n<p>A partir dos cales, resulta relativamente sinxelo crear novos programas con innumerables beneficios para as persoas, as\u00ed como para diferentes colectivos ou organizaci\u00f3ns, como En Forma MC, cuxo obxectivo \u00e9 contribu\u00edr ao mantemento da sa\u00fade f\u00edsica e a serenidade mental, tendo en conta a importancia da actividade f\u00edsica, a alimentaci\u00f3n saudable e a actitude, ou o MBE, que contrib\u00fae ao benestar emocional a trav\u00e9s de pr\u00e1cticas guiadas de mindfulness, entre moitos outros.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>\u00bfCal \u00e9 a ferramenta que utiliza o mindfulness?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>A ferramenta mediante a que desenvolvemos este estado de conciencia plena ou mindfulness \u00e9 a meditaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Meditar na lingua tibetana significa co\u00f1ecer algo. De feito nada \u00e9 permanente nin dura para sempre.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Os principios actitudinais fan que a pr\u00e1ctica do mindfulness nos resulte m\u00e1is significativa e enriquecedora, o que fai que se convirtan nun recurso esencial, tan liberador como transformador.
